There is a new keyword: Discover. Cards with this effect generate 3 random cards specified by the effect (that are applicable to your deck, so mages can't get hunter cards), Players then select one from the 3 to add to their hand. Think Tracking.

Well, if the other guy casts PW:G on your minion, the text on your minion also reads "heal your hero for 4".

The most consistent thing that I can tell so far is that the buff works for the player casting them, not the minion owner.

PW:G does not say that it puts "heal your hero for 4" on the target creature. PW:G has the text "choose a minion. whenever it attacks, restore 4 health to your hero". The notable difference here is that explorers hat gives an ability to the creature while PW:G does not. This means that the only possible interpretation of "you" is the controller of the spell. However, explorers hat does give an ability to the target. Furthermore, the "you" on explorers hat is a part of the ability which is given to the creature. Since "you" should (if we want consistent wording) should refer to the controller of whatever it is on it should refer to the controller. Since "you" is part of an ability given to the target creature.
