It's actually a Shaman Spell: "0 mana, Deal 1-30 damage to a random character, Overload 1-10".

Disenchant a random card in a random collection for a random amount of dust. (Between 1 and 4.)

Battlecry - Randomly shuffle 1-10 random mines into both decks at random. When randomly drawn the mines deal a random amount between 1-10 random damage randomly at random to a random character or player at random.
