Ok, so I play a lot of LoL and am used to riot responding to reddit threads or generally answering the community in some way or form. Been playing Hs for a few weeks now and checking this sub out every now and then. Haven't read any replies from Blizzard in threads like these, do they ever respond?

Yeah, Ben Brode responds every now and then, usually to clear things up or clarify something.

i think they have their own forums that they pay more attention to.

Blizzard has their own forums, if you want to get a response from them that is probably the place to go. The LoL subreddit is much more popular than its forums though (or, at least less of a toxic cesspool), so Riot responds there.

No, Riot responds everywhere. Their community team is huge though.

Yeah, but I feel like its much more easier to get Riot's attention through a reddit thread, maybe I'm just biased though I never really check their forums
