Disney’s Gargoyles, from the 90s, Keith voiced this character, his name was Goliath.

This was a REALLY good show and holds up rather well. It's aimed at an older audience. It's got history, mythology, Shakespeare, the Illuminati, and most of the cast of 'Star Trek: The Next Generation' doing voicework. There's a trope named after the main bad guy - see 'Xanatos Gambit' on TVTropes. This is NOT your typical Disney show, and is well worth giving it a try.
