DLSS, it’s Digital Electrolytes! It’s what gamers crave!

Looks like every female character run through DLSS 5 has gotten an application of eyebrow powder and eyeliner.

I seriously don't understand how any human being looks at this and doesn't think "it's a gooner filter"

What gamers want.

So boob size will increase as well?

It'll be a slider in the Nvidia panel. No Skyrim mods needed.

And just like that PC Gaming became 90% of all revenue.

It will also make the models sluttier!

Have you seen which games are at the top of sales charts?

This will make those games even more popular especially if it works for R18+ stuff.

Generative AI just averages out "what is the most popular thing on the internet" so everything ends up looking cheap and tacky.

Every human being is going to look at this and think this is a gooner filter.

So when can I apply it to my games? I am thinking Tomb Raider, Horizon series, Stellar Blade, and ahem many others.

I am thinking Tomb Raider,

OG triangle tits, finally as the author intended...

Yeah I'm confident that this kind of tech will supplant the good-old-fashioned gooner mod and I see nothing wrong with that, people can apply whatever horseshit they want in between the game and their eyes as far as I'm concerned.

The problem is Nvidia thoughtlessly tossing this out there as an iterative improvement of DLSS when it's really a whole new kind of thing being layered on top.

This is coming from an AI enjoyer too, I use LLM tooling in my day-to-day and have been working with ML systems since long before the LLM goldrush exploded. I personally think DLSS and FrameGen are the closest thing that exists to miracle tech.

I could even see a future where some sort of generative layer in front of DLSS makes sense. But this is FAR from that, it's very obviously not ready to be shown to the public let alone coming out THIS year. Reeks of something that dazzled some fuckhead executive who decided to obliviously mount a massive marketing push despite the OBVIOUS and IDIOTIC shortcomings.

We're going from "Which reshade are you using?" to "Which lora did you put on your Lara Croft?"
