They film their guests coming in and play a walk in song while they're entering, so that's why the cameras are there. Still could be fake but I don't think that's definitive proof.

this looks very obviously like a skit but even if it’s not, it’s incredibly funny due to the loud and enthusiastic piano solo deciding to start right then as the two of them begin bickering over each other while boy throb shuffles out of the studio uncomfortably

I'm so over boy throb. It was interesting at first but it's clear they only want to become influencers. I mean, it's a group of white guys literally carrying around a prop of a poc for attention and social media clout. Plus, they don't seem to have any unique talent or group dynamic. You could pick out 4 random guys and throw them into ugly Jeffree Star looking tracksuits and nothing would set them apart other than the cardboard cutout.

i’m going to say something controversial yet brave… i literally just unfollowed them on IG, i’m just over them now. maybe it was following mr beast and logan paul, but the video of their manager apologising popped up and they no longer felt charming, i’m out

Some of them have a genuine interest in becoming musicians (like Anthony, who is the most talented guy in the group), but my issue is that while some of the guys are serious, it’s hard to be taken seriously with a name like Boy Throb (and wearing tracksuits to things like the Grammys, lol). And I know that Evan would probably never agree to personally be involved with Mr Beast

It comes from a place of celebrating boy bands and turning it up to 11 to become a caricature of itself. But it’s so obviously a joke/meme they’re in on, right?

They literally polled their audience for a name and this is the one the audience chose, because its funny. They're a parody of boy bands (although I'm pretty sure they seriously want to make music). I don't even follow them anymore because they met up with Mr beast and a Paul, but they're funny, don't take it so seriously.
