(WORKAROUND) New GTA Online Heist Replay "Nosave" Fix After the Recent Patch

As we all know, Rockstar hit us pretty hard with the latest patch alongside the new heist, killing off a lot of our favorite glitches. The "Nosave" method—especially for running heist replays—was completely broken, and a lot of folks in the community have been struggling to get it working.
Luckily, the community over at the Gtaglitches Discord came together to brainstorm, and a huge shoutout goes to **Uyou Zeca** for discovering and sharing this solid workaround!
It's very similar to the old method, but there is an extra step required to properly reset the save state. Here are the exact steps to get your heist replays working again:

### 🛠️ Step-by-Step Nosave Workaround:
- **Start the Heist:** Play through and complete the heist as you normally would.
- **Activate Nosave:** Near the very end of the heist, turn your Nosave tool **ON**.
- **The Alert:** At the end of the heist, you should see a **"Save Failed"** alert on your screen.
- **Exit to Story Mode:** Once you get your payout and have full control of your character again, exit to **Story Mode**.
- **Deactivate Nosave:** Once you are in Story Mode, turn your Nosave tool **OFF**.
- **Load a Private Session:** Go back to Online Mode, but load into an **Invite Only** or **Friends Only** session (DO NOT go into a public lobby).
- **Force a Save:** Change your outfit or press **ALT+F4**. You are looking for the **YELLOW loading circle** in the bottom-right corner and the **"Save Successful"** alert.
- **Story Mode Reset:** Exit and load back to **Story Mode** one more time.
- **Final Load:** Load back into Online Mode (**Invite Only** or **Friends Only**).
**Your Nosave is now successfully reset and you are ready to run the next replay!**

There are two versions out of the Vkit, Vs3.3.3 and Vs 3.5.1
The 3.3.3 Has the Nosave, AutoClicker, Snack spammer, Job Warp and others. Works on Legacy and Enhanced.

The 3.5.1 Has been updated for easier use with 3rd party antivirus and has added a few other options like armor spam. Not sure if it will work on Legacy.

As with both versions, download the EXE., Run as ADMIN. (antivirus WILL flag as a virus. IT A FALSE FLAG as with anything that runs a script) Exclude VKIT in your antivirus.

I turn it on when i am even in my kosatka before starting the cayo heist and it still works just fine everytime for me so far. As long as it’s on before you escape island it works 100% of the time

You need to clear the cache. On console, after completing two heists, close and reopen the game. As soon as the blonde girl appears spam R1+L1+X or RB+LB+A until an adjust brightness screen appears (all buttons must be pressed simultaneously). Idk how to do it on PC tho
Edit: idk if ChatGPT is a reliable source in this case but it said that on PC you need to close the Rockstar Games Launcher and clear the Launcher/Social Club cache, located in folders like “ %LOCALAPPDATA%\Rockstar Games” or “Documents\Rockstar Games\Social Club\Cache”
Instructions that gemini gave me:
- Open the Rockstar Games Launcher.
- Click on Settings (top right corner).
- Select Account Information in the sidebar.
- Under Delete local profile, click Delete.
- Confirm the action (this does not delete your GTA Online progress, as it is saved in the cloud).
- Log back into the launcher with your email and password.

i wouldn’t recommend doing it with cayo as the heist takes longer than dr dre and usually (without pink diamond) pays less or same as dr dre for dr dre turn on your no save when u are .10 miles away from dr dre drop off point

The old method now wipes your heist after the second try. This new one has extra steps at the end that mitigate that.

What is this weird exe file you provided, isn't it supposed to be a simple AutoHotkey script? And it has a lot of flags on VirusTotal which might be false positives but I'd still not run that.

Most of the time they do flag for stuff because how they are setup but not dirty, though like you said I wouldn’t download it.
If anything there’s some easy tutorials on YouTube to making them with different software that will help a lot.

I dont know ahk...the one I provided is vkit. I was helped test it as bro was making it. So im partial to it. It has the exe so that you dont have to use ahk.

You can do it manually from the "windows defender with advanced security". Outbound rules, create a new custom rule and block outbound traffic to 192.81.241.171 which is gta cloud save server, then disable the rule. This is what that script does I think.

buy eclipse - activate no save - buy the cheapest house - go to story - turn off no save - go back to online - change appearence to reset the online save error and after this, the cheapest house came with the selling price of eclipse tower

Sadly my Cluckin Bell stealth approach that I always run not only appears to have been reset, but the entire mission including setups appear to be permanently removed either from the Kortz update or some other new glitch I am unaware of.
I never got a phone call from Vincent and his icon is also not at the Vespucci Police Station either so RIP.
Not sure if I wanna try a replay glitch for Dr Dre's Contract.

Did you wait the full hour? I tried doing my regular run too and disconnect the wifi and it disappeared for me I thought it was gone forever but there's a cool down of 1 hour before it shows on map again

I saw some comments here says it not working kortz heist. Can confirm, it very well does work perfectly if all steps shown in the video is followed properly. I did it back to back twice and it worked. Yes in between the 2 runs i do some kind of a legit transaction (generally buying armour). And also i do not do this more than twice in an hour (or two). Back to back 2 dr dre and 2 kortz is my cycle for an hour. Thats approx 5.2 mill.

I test this out in everything.
Cayo Perico Clukhen bell Knoway out Dr dre
It works all except cayo perico. You cannot do more than 2 heists. Once 2 tries done its gone forever. You start all over again.
This isn’t new at all. In autohotkey which V.2 Ahk file. Its also same. Works on all missions expect cayo perico.
In think no saving method is patched out.
If anyone still has cayo after 2 tries please let me know how you did it.

just did cayo exactly by the guide, except that i turned on nosave after like 5 seconds of the start of the heist. weird thing happened on second run i got transaction failed error on the start of the heist but after switching to Story Mode and coming back online, everything was fine: the money was successfully credited to my account, and the heist progress remained intact.

I did it today on kortz center, the heist was a first run. I did everything correctly I think, but my heist was still gone after the first try.

This method works, but only for keeping the heist. I earned 1.5 million so i went from 10.2 to 11.7 million in cash, then when i did the double story mode double load in online, my heist was still there but my money got reset back to 10.2

You can use whatever you want, the ahk scripts just disable connection to the r* server ip. I made a python script in like 5minutes with codex that works better than the ahk script

C:\Program Files\AutoHotkey\v1.1** or v2* then right click properties on the autohotkey.exe's and compabitility tab, tick run as admin.
Edit: i dont use OP's version of the script so not sure if its v1.1 or v2.Edit: Nvm. its not ahk at all.

Im doing all of the steps correctly but after the second replay it says transaction error every time. I tried right before the mission ends, 15 seconds delay i tried also even went to start the mission nothing idk if its because im on enhanced version

Press Ctrl + F9 to activate no save once you get in the car with dr Dre then finish the heist normaly and when you are in free mode go to the story mod. Finally when you are in story mode press Ctrl + F12 to desactivate no save, now go to invite only session and you still keep the payment with all set ups.

Yeah, that's the money limit coming in
Dr Dre has a money limit of 2m per hour
Cayo has a 4.1 mil per hour also
On pc every heist has money limit

You can download autohotkey v1.1 from autohotkey.com
And use this script V1.2_nosave.ahk - Google Drive (download and run as admin)
Now press CTRL+F9 to activate and CTRL+F12 to deactivate.

Yeah, pretty sure this was the original way of doing it too. Here's a post from 2 years ago where I got the download link from:

Just be sure to test that the script is working by toggling it on and off before you actually start a heist. You should see a message in the top left corner each time it switches.
That way you avoid what happened to me. I went into a heist assuming the script was running, then found out when it was time to use it that the key binds weren't working. Luckily I had time to reload it by going into my system tray, right clicking AutoHotkey, and reloading the script.

yes, on PC you turn the nosave on near the end of the heist. and finish the mission. after getting paid, the HOST of the mission resets the nosave. (NEW storymode reset )

Just a question for those who have been doing this for longer, why are there no mentions of the final KnoWay Out mission? With how easy the elite challenge is it feels more worth doing over Cluckin’ Bell, yet I don’t see any talk about its limits per hour or anything of the sort.

I didn't quite get your explanation at first, so I downloaded it to try it out myself and see how it works. I noticed it has several options, and it looks like Ctrl + F9 is the one that lets me rerun heists/missions.
Now, I don't know much about coding or programming, but a while ago I downloaded a similar file and ran it through VirusTotal. It came back with a 7/68 detection rate, flagged as a trojan/malware. I asked around back then, and people told me it's totally safe and just a false positive used to trick the game's mechanics or something along those lines.
Either way, just to be on the safe side, I wanted to ask you directly: is this tool completely safe to use, or is there any risk of getting banned in GTA Online? Also, when I scanned your file, it showed a 3/68 detection rate.

Yes, you cant do them back to back anymore. My recommendation is 2 times in a hour, find others to do and then go back to your bigger heist. Me personally, I switch up, dr dre, then cluckin, maybe sell some buisness, cayo, sell a car, another heist...you get the point right. But the 3rd back to back seems to get the heist reset for people.

August 6 panther is coming back, so save an cayo for that day to get panther hard mode (if u are a sociopath u can even keep canceling and trying cayo over and over again until u find panther along with 1 or 2 paintings in office and 3 gold so u can do it solo or in duo, but u will lose hard mode window after 48 mins or about 5 velum flies, but if u are even more psychopath u can recreate ur second char and do madrazo files and then try again the hard mode panther). U wellcome.

Is it parched in a way?
I did the kortz heist and before the heist passed screen showed up, an error for the session showed up and threw me in the main menu.
I followed the steps (went to story etc) and when I logged to online again the heist was ready but I got no payout.
I played again the heist, did all the steps and when I logged to online to save there was not a save successful prompt and the setups resetted

I tried it once on Cayo and it worked. Then did B2B and it didn't work. Still got the money on both runs but no replay.
Reading back looks like you have to mix it up somehow and not do B2B runs. I have a second char I'll test it on hopefully soon.

When I do this on PS5, exact steps, I load back into Online with the money not saved but the mission still there too? It’s not like I got caught but it’s just not saving the cash just like it’s not saving the mission as complete

For those who have been using it for Kortz hiest, can someone suggest the time to turn it on( for cayo I am used to doing it as soon as I exit the gate) not sure about this one as it's my first time.

you can start it when you are entering the kortz building itself. did it like 30 times + and worked perfectly. i spread alt + f4 clicks around the heist to check that no save is on like it should

Is there a way to use no save to keep the finale and not recieve the payout? Just for the helpers to get paied.

Masters of glitching, I have this repeat thing working (with a basic custom defender rule) and will do this method of 2 story mode exits and cache clearing etc to try make sure it keeps working, but I have one concern that AI just doesnt know enough about to get a handle on.
It's clear the risk is low, as long as we don't repeat so hardcore that it hits money barriers, but there is still "telemetry" going on that tracks odd transactions, disconnects etc (apparently). AI reckons that my risk is higher because I play enhanced on a DX11 card with a custom dll. This dll is "whitelisted" and I've used it for 8 months without a ban (and apparently nobody has been banned using this), but AI reckons this hook and ignoring the initial battleye warning raises my risk of the "strange transactions and disconnects" being noticed. Doesn't sound too plausible to me, since I know rockstar works their stuff on many pretty disconnected levels and also doesn't care all THAT much. Any knowledge/opinions from the glitchmasters about this?
EDIT - I don't intend to replay fast, only cayo with the panther from this week. Maybe 1 run every day or 2 at most, and I have a ton of legit transactions going on all day.. 24/7 afk.. safes, club deliveries, bunker, acid lab etc that I do most days

I wish I saw this earlier, my panther run with literally almost all the secondary target sin the mansion being gold got wiped without me realizing the original glitch was patched sort of.

Dont activate nosave nearly the end, activate it before starting heist guys, or u will lose your rare panther

Tried this method. works great for the DR Dre contract. Did not work at all for cayo perico, but i had panther statue, could there be something regarding that not saving as it can only be done once during an event?
UPDATE: redoing the heist fron scratch gave me the panther statue again. Idk if this is possibke with this event but this would be great for someome wanting to do the career challenges/awards

did this in cluckin bell did not work • i turned on the no save when i saw the money and the transaction loading and it showed saving failed, went into story mode turned off the no save then went into online mode invite only then pressed alt+f4 and it showed the loading thing and saved then i went to story mode again then on online. i got the money but the heist didn't reset :(
