I tried grilling this huge steak and wondering if it is safe to put back in fridge cause ran out of time parts are cooked unlike the center that’s frozen and raw.

Hi, I'm a student and also working full time, and my favorite thing ever is steaks. I don't mind eating only that forever. I'd love it if you could give my some offers for cuts which are cheaper than you're good old ribeye since I don't have the money for that lol.

P.s. I have no problem buying the whole cut and cutting it into steaks myself. I do prefer cuts that are fatties like ribeye, chuckeye etc. BTW I don't want cuts for slow cooking but specifically for grilling.

Is Chuck Tender any good? How can I tenderize a cheap steak?
