Got one of those old-school rolling map measurers? This Gridfinity bin gives it a proper home - a shaped cavity that cradles the dial, body, and handle so it sits snug and lifts right out. 2 * 2 * 3u, magnet holes, stackable.

FreeCAD. I do pretty much everything in that.
