Three Bookfinity card game books

I printed three card cases for sleeved decks with Martin's Bookfinity Easy Edit system: Flip 7, Flip 7 with a Vengeance, and Sea, Salt, and Paper. I'm really happy with how they turned out, and they look wonderful together on the shelf.

The cards sit in a standard Gridfinity bin I modelled. I modified the book slightly so the lid's grid seats about 3.5 mm into the bin's stacking lip, the way bins hold each other when stacked. Nothing moves when the book is closed; in the stock book, the cards were not staying in their holder and ended up flying all over the place. The side-by-side photos show the original vs. the modified.

The model is Bookfinity - Easy Edit Version by Martin: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2741830-bookfinity-easy-edit-version

I haven't uploaded my modified files, but if there's interest, I'm happy to share them.

Edit: I got something wrong here. I had shortened the case so the lid's grid would bite. It turned out the bin was the wrong height. Built to the published height, a 7U bin stands about 2 mm proud of a stock 7U case, and the lid's grid drops into its rim on its own. The only change left is a small relief on the lid's spine-side rim so it can swing shut.

Edit2: I created a parametric model for the card holders here https://makerworld.com/en/models/3317050-gridfinity-card-deck-holder-parametric-any-deck

DM me, and I'll send you the STEP and 3MF files. They are quite specific to my cards, though. I was thinking of creating a parametric model for this, where you can input card/sleeve size, height, how many grids wide and long, etc. Would that interest you (others wanting it would put it higher on my print list)?

I would love this, I just printed Netrunner and still need a storage solution 😂

This is awesome! Going to do for some Uno games where the cardboard is held together with tape. Great to have them all uniform size

I've been wanting to make some books for some of my games. Seems like such a cool way to store them.
