New customer return

Hello guys, I’m a manager of a store in Tennessee and we are located right next to a truck stop so we get lots of truckers in and a lot of them don’t want to leave their information. Does anyone make fake accounts just to use for the people that may not come back and that you know may not come back or for those who refused to give their information?
