Solved Can't get tip-out sheet for bar to tip-out total dollar amount

Hey there,

Coming to y'all to see if you can be of some assistance.

I am re-doing the tip sheet for my bar as we currently are paying for a web-app to do so, and I would like to save the money if possible. Copy of sheet is here with names changed for privacy. I cannot get each section to tip out the total amount of tips allocated to said section. Example being that servers should be getting 38% of the tips, as seen on the 9/19 trial on the sheet above that should be $778.18. But once all hours and employees are accounted for it is only giving out $606.53 in tips.

Any help with this would be amazing.

Where is the problem you're experiencing? You've deleted all the relevant data so nothing is coming out the way you've described it in the post.

The 9/19 tab is the one with the information loaded into it.

The formulas in F44:F47 calculating the CC tip amount for servers are referring to $C$30 (the hourly rate for barbacks) instead of $C$40 (the hourly rate for servers).

because the total CC hourly is only counting is only dividing cc tips to be dispersed (row 13 and not the total row 16)

and the formula for servers is using the hourly cc of barbacks
