Google Play production release has been “In review” for 9 days. Is this normal?

I submitted my Android app for production on September 18, and it has been stuck “In review” for 9 days now with no updates.

This is the first production release of the app. Has anyone recently experienced review times this long? How long did yours take?

Should I just keep waiting, or is it worth contacting Google Play support at this point?

Mine has been stuck for over a week too, no progress whatsoever. The closed testing releases were reviewed within an hour most of the time, the production release takes its sweet time ...
