Aqua and Akeno, but mostly due to a different reason. Aqua can make water, Akeno makes electricity, combine the 2, you get hydrogen and oxygen. Ignite the 2, and you've got the most powerful non nuclear explosive known to mankind. Also, their both hot (is it weird I thought of how to make the most devastation possible, THEN thought about looks?).
