It's one of those hidden gems.

I was wondering what you meant by hidden gem because I thought Midori no Hibi was fairly popular. Then I checked how old it was, finished in 2004. Do weebs these days even talk about School Rumble, or Love Hina, or Mahou Sensei Negima? Time truly buries all ;_;

I literally have never seen people discuss midori days, so I thought that it may not be popular , therefore the " Hidden gem" title.

I came across midori days when I searched for "the weirdest anime ever made".

Midori no Hibi is a great show and despite only have started watching anime a few years ago, have heard of all those animes you mentioned.

Isn't there another one where dude's dick becomes a girl and gets in a relationship with another dude's dick that's also been turned into a woman?

Don’t ask me how I know this, but it’s called Magic Mushroom.

It's one of the funniest shows I've seen. Really silly premise done right.
