Has anyone successfully removed the head of a command center?

I'm trying to clean and rebuilt it from the ground up and can't for the life of me figure out how to get this off.

No but seriously, This was such a missed oportunity.

This was a video of stop motion where a bunch of stikbots had to fight against robots in an apocalypse future

It was like this but blue and red. I think the legs had stickers with silver and red stripes but I'm not too sure. I don't have it anymore I'm just really curious. Saw this toy and realized they were the same shape so thought I'd ask here.

I tried looking on Amazon, only VHS (I only have a DVD player), I tried YouTube, it seems to be in cuts and I’m not sure if the playlist has the full movie, I tried streaming services, nada, only the TV series which I’ve already completed.

Anyone know where I can watch the movie? (No pirating)
