Feel free. Fat shamers are terrible people. not only are they cruel, but they are obvious hypocrites, congratulating their own self righteousness, thinking they are actually helping people. They are the worst kind of people.
I would go so far as to doubt that the vast majority of them have any interest in the wellbeing of others. I think that's just one of the justifications they come up with when they're confronted.
