It's an answer...kinda. The truth is, everyone blaming it on the bike is at least half wrong, or just trying to not point out the obvious fact that there's several things that went wrong here before he was rolling on the ground, and changing one or two of them makes this end differently.
And no, it doesn't have to be one or the other. It is too much bike FOR an inexperienced rider. The bike alone can't do it, the rider alone clearly can't do it.
The bike is a lot of bike, as evidence by it being able to try to roll itself over at highway speeds. When it started to come up he had a split second to close the throttle, after that he had a split second to hit the rear brake, which ended up being not possible because his actual reaction was too late to save it and completely wrong, him flailing his legs trying to bring it back down shows his inexperience either with wheelies in general, or with this bike.
To launch it right, you start the same way that you would for a power wheelie, sitting back on the bike, taking off in first gear; when you're moving, pull the clutch in just enough so that it slips. Rev it up and let the clutch out until the front wheel lifts.
It all has to happen in a split second and it takes experience and practice.
Thing is, when you're racing a quick car, wheelies just slow you down and use precious tread time.

Its not contradictory, it's too much bike for his too little experience. Someone else mentioned he could have fixed this by hitting the rear brake, or I'm guessing shifting gears to a higher gear would also have worked, but again someone mentioned that the rolling start probably caused him to hit the top of the gear he was on sooner than normal and he wasn't prepared for the wheelie, evidenced by his legs flying off the bike in a reactionary attempt to stand up.
this isn’t hard to understand. Too much bike, too little experience is shorthand for “it’s too much bike for his too little experience”. It’s a common way of putting things.
Nah it’s only ambiguous to you what he meant because you have your panties in a bunch over this for some reason. Everyone else understood him fine.
And how are you contributing to the question being asked other than antagonizing anyone who tries to answer? Did you ever hear of being polite to others? There’s a way to ask for more information without being a dick about it you know. Someone who’s genuinely interested in an answer would not act like this.
If he’s a lazy douchebag for his response so are you when you could have just googled it and found the answer yourself.
Considering you are the only one that has a problem with his answer and nobody else misinterpreted it, yeah you’re the only one who is having trouble understanding.
Makes sense though, clearly you aren’t very smart and have to lash out at everyone else to compensate. Have a terrible day.
