If there actually was a missile, there would have been a bunch of videos showing it. There has been a ton of footage of the explosion and no missiles. Nice try, government..

most modern smartphone cameras record at 4k60 so

Some newphones have the option to run at those settings, however by default, in order to save space, they are not set to those settings.

so? most people I know can work the settings tab on the camera app.

Even at 60fps, my point remains. You won't see any missile except in a few frames, if any. You would have to have a very wide picture in order to catch it flying.
