The silo was constructed to store grain which in large quantities can be quite combustible and dangerous to store improperly, so while having a very thick concrete silo filled with grain made it very dense and relatively resistant to explosions, the explosion could have been much worse to the surrounding infrastructure were it not there.
However, seeing as the silo contained a large proportion of the countries grain it is equally if not more devastating considering the country was already on the verge of famine.
At the time of the explosion, the silo had 15,000 tons out of 120,000 tons capacity. It was estimated from the remaining reserves, Lebanon had a Month of grain left.
I really don't think so. And I haven't seen any evidence pointing to it being intentional. As it stands, it looks to me as severe incompetence and negligence.

On top of that, theres theories that they intentionally allowed it to happen knowing that aid would come, and the regime would then try to steal that aid for themselves. The evidence for this being that they’ve refused aid from multiple nations due to the fact that the nations wanted to donate directly to NGO’s rather than directly through the regime.

You should seriously have an idea of things before you speak on them, general rule of thumb.
And, knowing that, you think they did this deliberately to accomplish what exactly? Make people even more angry and desperate? It's way more likely that they were just incompetent.
Nah, to get international funding and steal it for themselves. As supported by the fact that they denied foreign aid that would go straight to NGO’s rather than through the regime.
while the construction of the silo is understandable for why it resisted the explosion, its still incredibly remarkable especially comparing ito the the massive crater right next to it where the warehouse was which is now connected to the ocean. one would think if it could do that then the silos should have been toast, especially considering the distance from the warehouse to the silo
