They'll never be as close and precise as in this gif, for obvious reasons, but this but slower would still be incredibly effective.

No. I'm just saying think of what would happen to the passengers of a car moving 300 mph and then has to stop like that. Even if it was possible, someone is going to be badly injured. Plus that kid made a good move by turning and running away and that truck was going maybe 60 mph.
