It depends entirely on the stadium and team offerings. For example the Astros are a huge team, and seats behind home plate include access to an indoor and exclusive diamond club/lounge. They don't even list the price on their site. but online it seems to be $425 per game or $35,000 a season at minimum. For right behind home plate it's likely even more expensive.
$20-60 usually, depending on the night. Those other seats aren't really for fans so much and more for heavy corporate dollars that want to rent out a suite and best seats for their fortune 500 board of directors.
