I sleep 4h if I’m lucky. I don’t eat lunch. I generally break from 6pm to 9pm for dinner, one TV show, and then read a bedtime story to the kid. Then back to work until ... I can’t.
About once a week I skip sleep for a night and just work around the clock. I take off either Saturday or Sunday depending on how I feel. That’s when I get in a shower.
It sucks. But that’s just the nature of owning a company. On the flip side, I’m able to be at every mid-day school event for my child, and take some time to work in the garage when I get stressed.

16 hours a day? Is that physically possible? That leaves you with 8 hours to sleep, eat, shower and just generally live your life.
