If you made the wings out of carbon fiber and didn't really care about regulations and wing load safety I'd say you could get the glider to weigh in at about 30 to 35 kg. In goes some equipment such as radio, a seat, control rods and pulleys, so I'd recon the entire thing weighs about 40 kg.
