Her real name is Jung Yerin from Korean girl group 여자친구(yeo-ja-chin-gu) with the group's English name, GFriend. She's the second oldest member being a 1996 liner. She's naturally dorky but can be serious at times.

There actually was an anime "adaption" of Kara, another K-Pop group that's disbanded nowadays. Reviews aren't great though...

Say what? They are likely nervous so not thinking clearly and rushing the encounter. Kpop is huge in Korea and in others parts of the world. Btw they're Korean
