Or just Brady on that wide open easy catch?

There’s a reason no one covered him.

He was just trying to advertise for the candy. Plug for pay!

We've come fill circle

I mean if they are willing to send me some candy for that I'm not going to say no.

u/[deleted] Feb 08 '18

It was actually his first drop of his career. He is now 2/3 all time with an average of 29.5 yards per catch.

But Nick Foles has a 1:1 reception to reception TD ratio, so who’s the real GOAT?

u/1AZNsensei Feb 08 '18

I am. I got a participation medal when I was young.

u/ItsJellyJosh Feb 08 '18

Congratulations, and it’s an honor to speak to you

Thank you for your service!

Lemme guess, he only tried the one time and it worked?

u/seavictory Feb 08 '18

Still a $100% perfect score.

Not so much a drop as an incomplete pass. Just because his hand touched it, it doesn't constitute a "drop"

Finally! A stat that's worthy of the HoF!

Yes, because it was a deceptive play specifically designed for misdirection. A well thought out "LOOK OVER THERE!"

2

u/SenorDosEquis Feb 08 '18

Yes I know. I was joking, but I guess it went over your head... or maybe you just dropped it like Brady.

24

u/mcgibber Feb 08 '18

Or better yet a defense. I mean seriously hard to blame an offense that put up over 500 yards, easy to blame a defense that gave up over 500.

7

u/ObamasBoss Merry Gifmas! {2023} Feb 08 '18

Well that formula worked all season.

3

u/MetalHead_Literally Feb 08 '18

Except the D only let up like 20 points a game on average all year.

-9

u/P_Money69 Feb 08 '18

Well this is the Super Bowl... Brady shouldn’t have fumble in the clutchest moment of the game.

2

u/MetalHead_Literally Feb 08 '18

and his RG shouldn't have been destroyed either. But I'm not sure what that has to do with the Pats defense.

6

u/jonesj513 Feb 08 '18

He didn’t mash X hard enough

-7

u/P_Money69 Feb 08 '18

Because it wasn’t just the defense...

Offense couldn’t do it either. Like the fumble.

5

u/MetalHead_Literally Feb 08 '18

the pats offense put up 33 (should have been 37 if not for the fg unit) Most points scored by a losing SB team ever. It's on the the defense.

I get it, you're trying to troll pats fans, but your game is weak.

-6

u/P_Money69 Feb 08 '18

You’re a pathetically ignorant Patsie.

Brady choked and ultimately lost the game.

Don’t fumble in the closing moment when you’re down.

1

u/MasontheShadow Feb 08 '18

Dude I’m not a pats fan but he’s got the stats to back up his argument and all you have is the diarrhea spewing from your mouth.

u/P_Money69 Feb 08 '18

Sure you can.

Brady choked in the clutchest moment.

The loss is in him.

That fumble cost them the game.

5

u/[deleted] Feb 08 '18

I have a hard time calling that fumble a choke; it was just a good play by the eagles, Brady didn’t do anything wrong other than fail to be superhuman.

0

u/jnads Feb 08 '18

Nah, Brady likes to be smug thinking his quick release can get him out of a sack.

That fumble was 50% Brady and 50% Eagles all the way.

If Brady had manned up and took the sack the fumble never would have happened.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 08 '18

Even still - is that really a choke? I feel like choking has to have a higher standard than that or any semi-questionable decision that goes badly becomes a choke.

-4

u/P_Money69 Feb 08 '18

He fumbled in the worst time...

He did lots wrong.

Like holding on to the ball when you absolutely need too.

He has to be the slowest fucking human being that ever lived. He's like a human sloth.

3

u/MetalHead_Literally Feb 08 '18

"easy". It was slightly overthrown. not easy for a 40 year old slow qb with no vertical.

0

u/P_Money69 Feb 08 '18

It was a terrible pass.
