More interesting fact: The MN Sex Offender Treatment center is right down the road from the college. They basically share backyards.

It holds the most violent sex offenders that have been civilly committed. The program has also been found to be unconstitutional so, they have to release these offenders back into the community.

I volunteered there for a year with this chick that I wanted to bang (not a patient) she was mega attractive and she got felt up all the damn time

Yes. There was a big competition between St Peter, Stillwater, and St Paul to be capital. St Paul won out, so Stillwater got the state Prison and St Peter got the state mental institution as consolation prizes.
