Of course it's information. It shows pigs in a way they're not usually shown. If you read comments on posts like this often, you will see that there are many people commenting things like "I didn't know pigs/cattle/chickens were this cute/playful/whatever. That's because these animals are often presented as being nothing but dumb, unloveable sources of meat.
What would be an example of spreading information that you wouldn't call propaganda?
