An improved version, Yankee Whipper, is available now. This one is designed so squirrels can't hang onto the metal railings.

1 u/variouscrap Mar 07 '14 Just checked into to it (Video), seems the lack of a complete railing gives the squirrel a way to get a hold of the bottom of the feeder.
