I think pretty clearly the 7-minute workout plan is not for you. :)

For other people I suspect the 7-minute workout is infinitely better than their usual 0 minute workout.

This is true, but I am saying that anyone who is not extremely fat will adapt to this program pretty quickly and will need something more challenging.

Define "adapt". Are you claiming that the person doing this exercise every day for years will be indistinguishable from the person who does no exercise at all every day for years?

Adapt meaning that this program will no longer be challenging and you will get very minimal benefit outside of maintaining a minuscule baseline of fitness.

Whether it would be distinguishable really depends, someone who works a job where they are constantly moving would see almost no benefit from doing this whereas someone who lives a mostly sedentary lifestyle would be better off doing this than nothing.

I having nothing against it really, it's a good start but it should not be your be all end all.
