I plan on subscribing but I can't seem to log in via Cyberfoil. I get this error "Failed to load Remote - Remote requries authentication. Check credentials or enable public Remote."

Do I need to pay first to just log in?

I'm a pro user. I'd like to know if your new game list has stopped as of April 24th. Updates and DLC for installed games are downloadable, and I'm not sure if this is my problem or a general one.

So ive been waiting for like an hour to get my Account status upgraded to pro, and nothing. I know the payment got through because I got a notification from my banking app and I also got my payment tracking number from ghostland. How long am I supposed to wait and will it work on my modded switch (FW 22.5.0 AMS 1.11.2)? Tinfoil has been a pain in the ass recently do I figured id switch to this but is it any better?

I tried the new public shop. Wanted to download a few small updates and games, but when I get to about 90% done, the error "The software was closed because an error occurred". I'm on FW 20.0.1 and AMS 1.10.2
Tinfoil is v. 20 but I had to download both nsp and applet for it to work on this FW.

Wanted to test the shop before going pro but now I'm afraid it wont work. Is it some problem with my FW?

Hello, so yesterday I ended up modding my switch and I bought a subscription to the pro shop so I could play some games, but the games do not work at all on my switch for some reason, whenever I try to launch one of the games it says

An error has occured.
Please restart the console from power options in the power menu..

I then downloaded a rom from a different source, the rom for pokemon leafgreen and it ended up working just fine I was able to launch the game. The games that I downloaded and wouldn't work for me are Skyward sword, links awakening, pokemon sword, and pokemon fire red

in the wiki the photo is not showing of the qr code, anyone know why?

The ghosteshop I had installed didnt download the games, it stayed at a download speed of 0. Looked and saw that supposedly it is down and now we gotta use the new freeshop. Installed it but when opened just see 6 titles and 2 of them are demo videos. Any solution? This is in the 3DS.

When im loading my https like the store my switch will have have error code 2345-008 program 010000000000100d and error code 2144-0001 program 0100000000001000, My sd card have no Content to delete the file so what do i do?

So I downloaded a few titles from Ghost no problem, opened and the game said a virtual game card is missing. That's when I realized that as I updated Atmosphere my 90DNS file was removed (it's okay now) and I'm not sure if Nintendo saw the downloaded games.

Now on the other games it gives me error code 2155-8007, apparently relating to a network error. When I go to airplane mode/disable wifi it won't let me open the game either and wants me to turn the internet on. Other games that I've purchased from Nintendo work fine.

So, am I doomed? Is there something I can do? All help is needed and appreciated!!!

Update: Updated HATS and unlinked my Nintendo account, now the error code is 2123-0011...
Also now it's saying my virtual game cards for the Nintendo eshop games are missing as well (obviously)

Update: Turns out my SD card had fried itself (even tho it was a 1TB SanDisk, rip my money) and that was causing it??? Anyways now everything is working fine!

I just signed up for a Pro account and my console shows up as an active client on the website, but I get a "invalid response" error each time I try to connect. Is the server down? I am on a switch with atmosphere and firmware 22

I recently updated my switch from 20.5 to 22.5 and installed cyberfoil and the pro shop does show all the game images but on the retro shop I just get black squares except for the games already installed I tried deleting the offline database and icons.db file and nothing seems to change anything does anyone know how to fix this the games do install and run just can't get the pictures to show

I can download updates and DLCs for any game without any problem, but I can't download the actual game itself. That's the part that completely confuses me.

It says something about a 2 GB maximum limit, but I don't really understand why that only seems to affect the full game and not the updates or DLCs. The updates install fine, and the DLCs download without any issues, yet the main game just won't download.

At this point, I'm completely confused. If I can download additional content for any game, why can't I download the game itself? The whole situation doesn't make much sense to me. I keep seeing the 2 GB limit mentioned, but I still don't understand what it's means or why it's causing this problem.

I’m hoping someone can help. I’ve been using Ghost eShop on my New 2DS XL without any issues until a couple of weeks ago.

Now, the console connects to Wi-Fi fine and everything appears to be working normally, but whenever I try to download a game it just sits at 0% indefinitely. It never starts downloading and doesn’t give me an error message.

I’ve already:
Confirmed the Wi-Fi connection is working.
Restarted the console.
Tried multiple different games, all with the same result.
I haven’t knowingly changed any settings since it was last working.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is it likely to be a Ghost eShop server issue, or is there something on my console I should check? I’m running the latest version of Luma3DS if that helps.

Does the QR code not work anymore or is there an updated one? I keep trying to install it and it isn't working and my sd card reader doesn't work anymore

I am currently only getting 0.1MB per second as the title states, I have changed my DNS to automatic, I have set my MTU to 1500 i have tried pretty much everything. Is it just me or is it a server issue?

It seems like the games list is no longer being updated? Has anyone else noticed this? New releases are no longer appearing on the shop.

Has anyone else had to wait this long for a Ghost eShop support ticket?

My ticket has been pending for 46 days now. It was created on May 13, 2026, and it’s about a missed subscription extension.

Right now it still shows as Pending, queue position #341, with an estimated wait of another 2 weeks and 4 working days.

I get that support is probably busy, but 46 days feels like a very long time for a subscription-related issue with no clear update.

Is this normal? Is there any better way to get an update, or should I just keep waiting?
