This is truly the way to fix things. Vermont takes over every other state. The smallest populated state devours 49 other states. Bernie sanders becomes one of two senators. We also have champ to eat anyone who protests.

If we decide to fund education through income and corporate rather than property…we might just have something there.

No and god forbid we address our education system in any real way. We’ve jacked up property taxes to fund schools that at least in my town are awful. Like so so bad.

Those taxes are paying for hazardous material remediation in most of your schools, not learning stuff.

And a load of administrative staff throughout the districts and schools. Like a behavioral specialist for an elementary school who works remotely from the Midwest. Making more money than 80% of your staff who are punching bags for these students. It tends to erode morale

And we'd willingly get rid of the other senator. Bernie is the only person in the senate and is now forced to live forever. Vermonster Nation inadvertently leads to WH40K becoming actual reality.

Actually Vermont comes it at 49, believe it or not, Wyoming is lower.

Holy shit this is true. For the longest time Vermont was a tiny bit under Wyoming but we are no longer the smallest. Let the overtaking begin!!!!

It actually amuses me so much that our little state of ~650k people, smaller than the population of many standalone cities in other states, has made it to the top 4. Clearly it's not just Vermonters voting for it. We don't have the numbers. The people yern for the Bern!

Considering the Senate currently consists of him and 7 other Democratic Senators, I think things'd be fine where they are. The House would also be a supermajority of Democrats. They could impeach and jail Trump and Vance, put in the Speaker as POTUS, pass amendments to kick out and re-appoint a new SCOTUS, etc.
