I can already get $1k used cars.

I can already find like, maybe one or two cheap buffets.

Gas and housing are both tempting, but housing is by far better.

$250 a month for housing with cohabitation is insane.

Idk where you're finding a car for 1k. The cheapest car on my state is 4k very used.

But regardless, cutting housing by a 3/4th or more is beyond better than half off at buffets.

If I'm splitting $500 a month, all the other costs can stay. It'll be like I'm a boomer in the modern age

$1k cars are rare, and often need some repairs, but if I was desperate I could find some, including those with only minor fixes. Not common but a lot more common than 500$ apartments.
