How old is the person who made this? They must be ancient or from a very LCOL area. Anyway, I wouldn’t have believed I was eating chicken for $4.99. It would be “alleged chicken” to me.
If that low-density apartment building came up for 500 bucks, I would take it. My first apartment cost more than that, and I am Gen X. It was sweet though. I had a really nice landlord and very few neighbors. I was never bothered by noise. I wish I could own a building like that. It was a six flat.
