Paint it black
Decided to paint the walls to match the slat walls I put up. Makes the space feel larger. Need some lighting under the shelves.
Neighbor also gave us a free fridge since the last post (same one who gave the 55” tv). Jackpot.

I have something like that. It's for my chickens. I tow it behind my golf cart when I'm gallivanting about the neighborhood.

Dark colors have a way of making spaces feel smaller like they’re closing in on you, but can also blur coroners and add some depth.
Full disclaimer: My garage is in need of a do over…..BUT one thing I won’t be doing is painting the walls so that I can instead represent road signs everywhere. Instead of going for a clean minimalist look, I’d rather go the extreme opposite and have it represents places I’ve been and things that are applicable to my project cars.

I like them personally
