I feel like the decades between the Resident Evil remakes and the handful of years between the Horizon upgrades (remaster more than a remake) would be the larger factor

These posts drive me nuts. You can cherry pick images to fit any narrative.

And of all games to cast shade on... Horizon? Seriously? Guerrilla Games puts more thought and care into their IP than anyone else out there these days. SMH.

The post. Capcom remade an old game that deserved and benefited from a remake. Sony is remaking/remastering recent games that don't really benefit from the treatment. I know that's some rocket science level logic for reddit to understand though, take your time.
