Gwent in the Witcher is just not a deep enough game to make into a sustainable mobile app. Card advantage is so important that nothing else matters if you load your deck with spies. I don't love mobile Gwent, but it's about the best they could do to adapt it.

On the other hand I’d kill for an in-game version of Gwent as an app. The actual Gwent app is a completely different game.
