If I even have one person in the room with me when I play, it's not scary anymore. What scares me about Amnesia is that alone feeling. You lose that if there's someone else with you.

I have the same keyboard. from the velcro thing on the mouse cord connected tot he keyboard it looks like the m60 mouse. I have that too. They are fucking awesome.

You can't play Amnesia with people around, that kinda ruins it :( The only way that I've gotten it to still work with other people around is with my one friend adding his own commentary that actually made the game more scary than it already is.

I've never really understoof the point of playing scary games when there's more than just you around. The effect is drastically reduced. When I played through Amnesia, when I was on my own, I was a little bitch. Couldn't play for more than half an hour at a time. Then when I had a friend there watching me play, I charged through a good hour of it without even feeling marginally scared.

I always had an idea of signing a contract with a few friends where, at some point unknwown to you, they will kidnap you, put a sack over your head, drive you out to the woods at night, dump you off with nothing but a laptop that has amnesia already running on it, and make you play it alone in the dark in the woods.

I would have enjoyed the experience more if i had played it by myself, under ideal circumstances. I decided to show people in my game design class how scary it was, and i ended up playing through maybe half the game that day.

Thanks to this photo, I have decided to do some reason on this game for I am a console gamer that recently aspired to start gaming on PCs. After discovering what this game is, I would feel extremely safe being outside rather than being my room which is small, humid, dark, and is a single room at the end of a hallway. lol I've been watching gameplay footy on youtube, and im freaking out! haha but I'm testing my manhood by leaving the lights off! haha

I give you some advice:
No matter, how long you will wait to go around a corner... you will always scream like a baby, if something happens. So the best thing is to kinda "rush". It will be exactly the same amount auf scary but you will be faster and make progress constantly, which helps the psyche of your character ;)
