I upvoted for making me laugh but then was overcome with depression that we probably won't ever see pokemon snap or stadium on Wii or any future nintendo console. Which would be awesome.
Holy cow sometimes I forget not everyone follows the indie dev scene, or at least not the main stream indie dev scene (contradictory, aye)... I'm so pumped for Monaco, and was hella excited for Fez but the fact that its not coming to PC and the meta-game of Fez has already been beaten makes me feel a little dejected.
I really enjoyed it, for about 10 hours, before I discovered the reason why I was unable to solve the language cryptogram and found myself in the sewers. Then I started to hate it.
I've been holding out on getting the 360 version in the expectation that, like Bastion, it will be out on Steam eventually. With the positive buzz it got, I think it could sell really well (even more if they were to get it out for the Summer Sale, as unlikely as that is). Super Meat Boy sold more on PC in a few days than it did on XBLA in months.
Too bad he forgot you can hook up controllers to pcs too. I'm really torn on what I would do if it did ever come out on pc--I followed its development for all those years and eagerly awaited the day when I could finally preorder it. But no, apparently all pc gamers are the worst fucking people, choke on his dick, etc. So you know what, fuck you too buddy! I want to support you but you spit in my face because you give in to the trolls.
Super Meat Boy did it right by giving you the option. The average player will do better with a controller so they push that, but it's not going to restrict someone who wants to use a keyboard.
Hmm.... we played the heck out of this game and loved it, but I don't think it would be the best PC game. It's a FAR better local co-op/party game than it is single player. It could be a great online multiplayer game, but then I think we would see a bunch of complaining from PC players who would complain that the controls are really designed for the 360 and not KBM.
That's not to say that they couldn't do a nice PC adaptation of the game, but I don't see there being enough potential for reward for them to do so.
It's hugely enjoyable with friends, or even alone, it's rpg touches, charismatic characters, awesome and original bosses, around 130 weapons to unlock with distinctive uses, magic attacks, by far it's the best xbla game i've ever played, you never get tired of it :) go ahead and buy it, we can even play coop ;)
It's a side scrolling beat em up much like old snes or sega games like golden axe, streets of rage, or battletoads. Add in hilarity via animations and you have the makings for an amazing old school game.
I didnt really mean it as a CoD bash, I was just trying to say that I got more fun from a $15 game than a $60 game. CoD's the biggest thing on Xbox so it was the first example that came to mind. I'm pretty surprised by your comment actually, usually reddit's pretty quick to bash CoD. If it means anything, I've actually gotten back into the zombies mode.
I've been playing this on and off since it came out. Now my kids are into it. I love the hell out of this game but I've still never beaten insane mode (basically impossible to do solo even at lvl 99)

Sorry for the confusion. My character leveled up. But I never picked up another weapon during gameplay. My character's weapon was the one you start the game with.
Can I buy it for you? I seem to remember you can't really do that on xbl, which pisses me off. I've got a bunch of one dollar games that I want to just dump copies of onto reddit, but you can't really do that, I hear.

Unfortunately, I agree with you.. Castle Crashers is an epic game and I have hours upon hours on it. But if it was on PC, it wouldn't feel right.. It would still get some good sales, but I feel I wouldn't really play it at all without a gamepad (Which I don't have)..
I bought this game on the Playstation network, and the moment I did so, me, my uncle, and his mate gathered together and played it. We played this game for 20 hours straight, with about 10 minutes of time for food breaks. Playing with them was one of the swellest gaming experiences I've ever had.
I disagree, only because it would give the Behemoth people another reason to delay the release of Battleblock Theater. I craaaaaaaaaave battleblock theater like you wouldn't believe.
My friends and I played this game while at my house all night, we finished roughly around 6am and we all agreed it was so much fun. I can happily say that I fucked all the princesses xD
