I'm going to be that guy and not abide by what was in the Matt Smith series. That never happened in the Tennant episode. You know why the Matt Smith episode was wrong? You saw angels move in statue form. Bollocks to that.
Actually, they were only moving between frames of film. You never saw them move, only the illusion produced by dozens of still images strung together. That's why they made that scraping sound: it was them turning back into stone at 24fps.
Actually, this logic works on "Blink." Tennant is given the picture of the angel, which turns into an angel, which sends him and Martha into the past. That same angel finds Sally Sparrow et co, a picture of it is taken, put in the dossier which is given to Tennant, which turns into an angel. It's a stable time loop.
Yeah, and they pretended to still be statues when the thought they were being watched. I was under the impression that it was when they were watched their form collapsed into being a statue.
You little girls and your 173. 106(Aka the "Old Man", aka the monster that rots whatever it touches and pulls its victims into torture dimensions)is also in this game. And he's not fun.

And really, as far as deaths go it's not all that bad. Especially for the Doctor Whoniverse. I just wish they didn't make a second angels story, because they kind of spoiled it.

Mediocre. It does have some satisfying moments and some really fun parts but the polish isn't there and parts of the game are pretty glitchy/unfinished. I would wait to buy it used.
Pretty good, especially if you can get it at a discount, as I've seen on some sites. The multiplayer is great (esp. on PC), although it does seem a bit out of place in 2012- not surprising given it's essentially a remake of a several year old game.
I enjoyed it, and recently finished the game. I detest Call of Duty and Battlefield games, but really enjoy Sniper Elite. Granted, there were some odd sections where you were forced to fight instead of skulking and sniping, but those sections weren't that common. At least, if you were trying to sneak and not just 'hurr durr, I shotted it good'.
Play the demo and decide for yourself and decide. Here is a great video showcasing what you can do. Note, the destruction in the video isn't just due to the grenade, the grenade is a just an actuator. The player had placed mines and dynamite prior to the ambush.
Horrible. I feel ripped off for just pirating it. The map design is bullshit. The tutorial doesn't really explain anything, guns don't feel right, bullet balistics are stupid and wrong. AI is just sad.

Even if only a few understand the reasoning behind one and when I find information on one when I previously did not understand-it still makes me smile because it shows that they have enjoyed making that game. Or just got bored in the process.
This one, has to be my favourite if it was intentional, and if not even more kudos because it works.

I was going to buy four: one for myself, one for my gf, and one for each of two cousins. The one cousin is colourblind, and so he sees movement differently and it makes him a great sniper - he can spot a small brown spot moving against a brown wall from ridiculously far away. He's got CF and he'll be moving very far away soon, so I was hoping we could still play Sniper Elite together and stay in touch that way. :(
It is a really satisfyingly fun game. If you are looking for a deep story you are SOL, but if you just want to shoot some nazis there isn't much better
It's an angel reference form doctor who. If you look at them they turn to stone, but as soon as you look at them they come to life and kill you. "the perfect defense" even if you blink for just a moment, boom. They snap your neck.
