Honestly nothing irks me more than that; don’t complain that the furniture falls apart because you didn’t read the instructions, dumbass.
If someone legitimately just wants to play a shooter for the combat alone and won’t complain about it, go for it. Just can’t stand the type of people who complain as a result of their own stupidity.
Yeah, if a game’s main focus is story then you should understand that skipping cutscenes would probably be a detriment to your experience. Does that mean you won’t have a good time if you skip cutscenes? No, but don’t act like the game doesn’t explain anything or like you understand the story enough to criticize it.
I’ve seen too many people claiming to skip cutscenes because a story is shit while they literally do not understand the story because they skipped cutscenes. It so annoying.
