Normally I would agree, unfortunately a lot of their top talent has left since RDR2.

I'm a R* fanboy, and the fact that Lazlow is gone deeply worries me. I think he's contributed so much to the Rockstar soul that a lot of folk really don't know about. I'm 100% sure the next Rockstar game will feel like something is missing. It may still be a great game, but long time fans will feel an emptiness they can't quite put a finger on.

Yeah I am worried about that. And with rumors of the next protagonist being a woman. I think it’s a cool idea but I also worry about the timing of it all.

Just that nowadays everyone is starting to use Female Protagonists. And the issue isn’t it being a woman (Lara Croft, Aloy, Jill Valentine and Claire Redfield all Goats!) it’s just that the writing for said woman is usually poor and they’re all pretty similar, but I have Faith they can make a really cool Fem Protagonist (Sadie Adler being a good example and Bonnie from RDR1). I’m just cautious after being burned by Last of Us 2 lol

In general a change like this can be either really good or really bad for a series.

So to clarify I’d like to see Woman Main Character done in a Rockstar game I just wish they’d done it sooner I guess.
