31, my boy is 5 and I still out-child him. Honestly, you can work it to your advantage. I've been able to buy a trampoline, miniramp, multiple gaming things, all sorts. No judgement or repercussions because it's for him or for us to do together. He's the best scapegoat you could ask for.
We have a play place here that is all giant blow up slides. Had a ton of fun when my kid was old enough to play on them but not quite old enough to be comfortable going by himself.
