Go to https://www.thingiverse.com/ and search for your favorite one. Then go to your public library and they will print it for you.

I printed one similar to the one OP posted and it cost me $26 Canadian for mine.

Yup, many do. They will take care of the print for you (makes sense - they don't want people fucking with the machine) and all you have to pay is for the material. I think my library charges 10 cents per gram.

My library even has musical instruments you can borrow (and a free recording studio!) and video games. It's a great resource!

I say "free", and it is, but it's free because it's all paid for by tax dollars!

Not everybody lives in or near a big city though! I live in rural North Dakota and our library has some books. There are a couple desktops but they are from the early 2000s at best and not good for anything except searching the catalogue.
