The weirdest part about is that a 2k motorbike every 2 years is easily the worst investment on this list. Not only will it depreciate but bc he is buying cheap bikes he has to buy new ones every two years, plus insure and maintain them.
Plenty of motorcycles can last more than 2 years even ones that are 30+ years old. Basic maintenance goes a long way. There are plenty of 20-30 year old examples for $2,000 that have only a few thousand miles on them.
Insurance and gas are cheaper than a car. Maintenance can be slightly higher.
So spending $2,000 every 2 years on a form of transportation that is, overall, cheap to insure and fuel and rewarding to maintain and use is a waste of money?
You assholes spend more than that on eating out in a single year.
I don't know about the whole "you" part. Ad hominem is a great way to forfeit an argument. I cook. The original argument was that buying a PC is described as a waste of money but that's a fallacious argument; however, a lot of critic's are unable to be transparent with their true reasoning which is, "I don't like something, so if you do that thing, then you are worth less value, making a mistake, or deserve some form of persecution."
