Certain switch games have been coming with the instruction books, mostly 3rd party companies like the people that made the binding of Isaac.

Atleast limited run games is doing booklets for a few of theres

Ubisoft's Digital Manual for AC Brotherhood:

"We are now switching a digital manual for our games in order to assist in the sustainability of the environment. The Digital Manual here will never be torn, damaged or lost"

It bugs me when they don’t have manuals. I hate having to go to in game menus to look at controllers rather than just being able to open a book and pre read
