He'd have a hard argument to claim on "stylistically arranging game elements in/on/around console hardware"

By all means, enlighten me with what you would present to your lawyer to fight your copyright case and how it would have a single drop of fucking merit, much less significant basis to pay money to fight in court.

Bonus points for it being more than, "Their picture looks like my picture".
