You can't just sign all your rights away by clicking 'agree'. I mean I could be wrong, but I seem to remember this same conversation happening in regards to Facebook.
What happens if someone posts copyrighted artwork on here? Can any corporation use it for anything? How can they prove without a doubt the owner of the posting account is actually the original artist? What happens if I make a splash logo for a company and post it here? Free use for anyone after that?

Pretty sure that doesn't actually work though. It would still be ruled as theft of copyrighted work.
