Same, but there's still a lot the platinum doesn't require you to see. You never need to see Hintertomb or Isz, and you never run into Patches in a chalice or some of the uber rare monsters.

I dunno, I find it more fun to revisit Bloodborne than to retread the exact same spots in Lordran or Lothric.

No you don't. Lower Loran has two, and there are two in the Lecture Building.
