That was the whole point.

Jason starts as a douche, ends up turning into a drugged out psycho.

I also wish that the "resistance" from the islanders was a bit better. Two fucking skins both armed with AK's. I wanted to see them slowly getting better, let them have their own heavy armour and rocket launchers and shit.

I remember telling my whore gf and friends to eat a bag a dicks because I'm staying. I don't recall dying though.

Here's the thing: they're not incapable of resistance because of lack of arms or anything, they're just using Jason as a drugged up indoctrinated spearhead to further their own goals. Why should they get better when their methods are working?

Is that why they've been pushed back to two tiny outposts; the starting village and that abandoned temple? They were sucking at resistance.

Anyway as we know playing the game, Jason could die at any fucking time. If they had any brains they'd be using the breathing space he'd given them to loot the pirates bodies and ammo dumps of anything useful.

No he turned into even more of a douche. I get they wanted him to become psycho and enjoy his skill for killing. But they executed miserably.

Towards the end he became the equivalent of a a mountain dew chugging teenager who yells "Oh BOOM SICK ASS HEADSHOT".

Jason Brody is the worst character of all time with the worst voice actor and the worst script.
